Helen is a character that appears in Season Four of Ugly Betty.
History[]
After Betty was promoted to Associate Features Editor, Helen became Daniel's temporary assistant, but she didn't last very long, because she had no interest in doing any actual work. Amanda bonded with Helen right away, probably because she saw Helen as an older version of herself. When Amanda later became Daniel's assistant, she hired Helen to replace her at the reception desk, but Wilhelmina forced Amanda to fire her. Amanda feels sorry for Helen, so she invites her to stay with her and Marc for a while. Amanda later learns that Helen has some mad sewing skills, so they team up to design their own fashion line, but the project never takes off.
