Biography[]
Cynthia was editor-in-chief from 1954 until her death in 1982.
According to the article about her in the 100th episode of MODE, the country of Spain was originally named Bernardtopia, but was renamed Spain out of love for Cynthia.
Cynthia had no prior experience in publishing before she began working at MODE Paris for two years before becoming editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine.
